Food banks, always an important resource in helping less fortunate Canadians, are even more crucial now during this pandemic. Vaccines have begun rolling out, but getting back to normal will take time. Many of our fellow Canadians need help now more than ever, and this was especially essential during the holiday season.
Food Banks Canada cannot do their important work without our support. This is why, in December, we requested the help of our subscribers. In this appeal, VMedia promised to match every dollar of contribution with 50 cents of our own – up to $15,000!
VMedia is pleased to announce that with your help we have raised $3,074.67 during December’s campaign. During May’s campaign, we raised $5,622.00, for a Total of $8,854.87!
